MailerLite pricing: Free, Comfort, Power, and Enterprise.
MailerLite changed its pricing structure in June 2026. The current plans are Free, Comfort, Power, and Enterprise, with important differences in subscriber limits, monthly sending, automation capacity, forms, landing pages, user seats, and support.
Older MailerLite pricing articles may use plan names and limits that no longer describe a new account.
On June 16, 2026, MailerLite updated both its Free plan and its paid plan structure. That makes older comparisons particularly easy to misread.
Subscriber capacity and sending capacity both matter.
Unlike a pricing model based almost entirely on subscriber count, MailerLite also uses meaningful send allowances and feature-use limits to distinguish its plans.
Free, Comfort, Power, and Enterprise serve different operating levels.
The prices shown here are current starting prices. Exact paid pricing rises with subscriber tier and should be rechecked before purchase.
Free
Free includes a surprisingly broad toolset, but its subscriber, sending, automation, form, and page limits are now deliberately small.
Comfort
Comfort expands sending, automations, pages, forms, products, templates, support, and campaign tools while retaining defined usage limits.
Power
Power removes many of Comfort's active-item and sending limits and is aimed at higher-frequency or more operationally complex email programs.
Enterprise
Enterprise moves beyond normal self-service tiers into custom pricing and dedicated support for very large subscriber bases.
The limits most likely to change the real cost.
Price, sends, users, and automation
MailerLite traded a larger audience allowance for broader feature access.
The June 2026 update reduced Free capacity while unlocking additional tools such as custom templates and other design capabilities.
MailerLite bills from active subscribers — but there is an important billing-cycle detail.
MailerLite defines its subscriber limit around unique contacts with Active status. Unsubscribed and Bounced contacts do not normally count toward that active-subscriber limit.
The difference between Comfort and Power becomes especially important for frequent senders.
2,500 emails/month
The Free limit is fixed rather than calculated from audience size.
10× tier ceiling
Comfort scales its monthly sending allowance with the purchased subscriber tier.
Unlimited
Power removes the normal monthly campaign-send ceiling.
Custom
Large-list sending requirements are handled through a custom Enterprise arrangement.
The upgrade question is mostly about limits, scale, and operating complexity.
MailerLite now prices more than subscriber count and email volume.
The 2026 structure also caps the number of active or published automations, forms, pages, websites, and digital products on Free and Comfort.
Team size and support channel are part of the plan decision.
New accounts can test paid capabilities before choosing a plan.
MailerLite currently starts new accounts with a 14-day premium trial that exposes selected Comfort and Power features.
MailerLite currently advertises a 10% saving for yearly billing.
Comfort and Power can be purchased monthly or annually. As with any annual commitment, the lower effective rate should be balanced against the value of being able to switch sooner.
Price the audience, sending frequency, and number of active assets together.
Match the plan to the workload, not just the list size.
Pricing and production suitability are separate conclusions.
StackEvidence evaluates MailerLite's pricing on its current terms, while separately evaluating provider policy, account suitability, automation, migration, subscriber consent requirements, and other operational risks. A competitive price does not by itself establish that MailerLite is the correct production ESP for a particular business.
MailerLite pricing changed materially in 2026, so older articles require special caution.
StackEvidence refreshed MailerLite's current pricing page and official help documentation on October 7, 2026. Plan names, prices, subscriber tiers, sending allowances, feature limits, support, and transition rules should be checked again before purchase.
MailerLite is not ranked more favorably because its entry pricing is low.
